Some immigration issues are always intermingling with other legal problem: family, criminal and business, and fees can be determined only after interview with the Client. Client also has to keep in mind that he or she must pay government fee, translation of documents fee, postal expenses like FedEx and in some cases medical evaluation, and help of interpreter at the interview. If case is out of state representation travel expenditure and hotel accommodation for an attorney to travel to the Immigration Court or USCIS office would be an additional to the legal fees.
The immigration law is complex and ever changing as the life itself that makes it very difficult to predict how many hours an attorney would spent to obtain result for each individual client. My experience helps to predict outcome of the fight with the government, but like in every battle the element of uncertainly is always present. The legal fees disclosed bellow is for work that has no other obstacles and additional issues that may be present despite my clients and my efforts. Each case and every client’s situations is unique.
